Information we collect

When you request a quote or purchase a membership, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, service address, and the details of your request.

Payment information (card number, billing address) is collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your quote requests and provide cleaning services
• Schedule and manage your visits and membership
• Process payments and send receipts and service communications
• Contact you about your account when needed

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate our business — our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery service (Resend), and Google Ads for advertising measurement — and only to the extent required to provide our services.

Advertising measurement

Our website uses Google Ads (operated by Google LLC) to measure the performance of our advertising. When you visit our site, Google may collect information such as the pages you view, your IP address, and device/browser details through a small tracking script placed in the site code. This information is used to count visits resulting from our ads and to improve our campaigns.

You can opt out of Google's advertising cookies through your Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) at any time. Contact us if you have questions about how this data is handled.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards and restrict access to staff who need it.
