These terms govern the purchase and use of PurPro Solution residential packages, including one-time cleanings and recurring subscriptions. By purchasing, you agree to the following.
Purchases, subscriptions and billing
A one-time cleaning is a single purchase with no commitment or automatic renewal. Monthly subscriptions include either one or two visits per billing month at the package price shown at checkout. Any displayed savings compare the genuine two-visit regular value with the selected two-visit membership price.
When you subscribe, you authorize PurPro Solution to charge your payment method automatically each month on the same date as your initial payment, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Your confirmation email states your package, amount and, for subscriptions, next payment date. Prices are in Canadian dollars; applicable taxes may be added.
Cancellation
You may request a subscription change or cancellation at any time by emailing info@purprosolution.ca. It takes effect on your next billing date; no partial-period refunds are issued for unused visits, except where required by law.
Scheduling and visits
Visits are scheduled with our team after your subscription begins. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a visit. Missed visits without notice may be counted as delivered.
You agree to provide safe access to your home at the scheduled time and to let us know of any conditions our team should be aware of (pets, alarms, delicate surfaces).
Service area and scope
Packages cover homes in Montreal, the South Shore and Laval. Services included in each package are described on the residential packages page. Add-ons are charged once with a one-time cleaning and recur on every visit when selected for a subscription.
Liability
Our teams are trained and insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, contact us within 48 hours of the visit so we can make it right. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services concerned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you subscribe applies to your membership; material changes will be communicated by email.
